Tactical Account Manager (Law Enforcement)

Company: Aspetto, Inc.

Location: Fredericksburg, VA (Hybrid) — Travel Required (30–50%)

Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 DOE Base + Commission + Bonus Potential


Position Overview

Aspetto is seeking a Tactical Account Manager – Law Enforcement to grow, manage and expand relationships across state and local law enforcement agencies. This role bridges operational users and procurement stakeholders — ensuring agencies receive properly configured mission equipment while driving long-term program adoption.

Primary Responsibilities

- Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned law enforcement agencies

- Develop multi-year equipment adoption strategies within agencies

- Identify new program opportunities (armor replacement cycles, specialty units, task forces, grant funding)

- Conduct equipment assessments with end users

- Translate operational needs into compliant configurations

- Navigate agency purchasing pathways (quotes, bids, cooperatives, and grants)

- Coordinate delivery schedules and deployment timelines

- Maintain CRM documentation and forecasting accuracy


Required Qualifications

- 3+ years in Law Enforcement, Military, Tactical Sales, or public sector account management

- Familiarity with police equipment, body armor, or tactical systems

- Experience interacting with command staff and procurement officials

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to travel regularly to agencies and training sites


Preferred Qualifications

- Prior sworn law enforcement or military experience

- Experience selling or supporting body armor or duty gear programs

- Knowledge of NIJ standards and armor sizing programs

- Familiarity with cooperative purchasing programs

- CRM usage experience

- Grant funding knowledge (JAG or state
